Recent completed job - enclose a patio

Our client wanted to enclose his patio. Being a little handy himself, he wanted us to get his project kicked off by removing the patio tile, closing off the door on the left, removing and finishing the old glass door entrance and opening the window to the right to create a pass through.

For the new exterior wall we used Hardi cement board siding and included two 36" windows. The wall is sealed and trimmed out. The client elected to paint it afterwards.

The pass through window came out much better than expected with the two pieces of granite only creating a slight seam once set. This is going to look fantastic when the owner finishes it out and really open up the home.
