Breaking down the bathroom challenge - it's less complicated than you might think...

Bathrooms are personal sanctuaries and homeowners want that sanctuary to be warm and functional and everything has its place. • Minor bathroom remodels— HGTV says that the minor bathroom remodel had the best return on investment out of all improvements. Minor remodels are going to include new counter tops, faucets, sinks, cabinet fronts or painting the existing cabinets and hardware.

• Major remodels, which include new shower tiles and/or tub, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, mirrors and lighting.

• Complete remodels that can include moving or eliminating walls, re---configuring  the layout, heated floors, adding the ultimate shower and/or tub, ADA conversions and custom cabinetry.
