Remodeling is not always a major job.
Breaking down the bathroom challenge
Bathrooms are personal sanctuaries and homeowners want that sanctuary to be warm and functional and everything has its place. If you are tired of the scallop sink pattern, faucets that are older than you, cabinetry that has a missing section where some designer God knows how long ago thought that women would actually put a chair to sit to put on make up and the spongy looking cabinet floor underneath the sink then we understand and can help. Everyone's situation and expectations are different so to simplify the process start with level you need:
Minor bathroom remodels— HGTV says that the minor bathroom remodel had the best return on investment out of all improvements. Minor remodels are going to include new counter tops, faucets, sinks, cabinet fronts or painting the existing cabinets and hardware.
Major remodels, which include new shower tiles and/or tub, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, mirrors and lighting.
Complete remodels that can include moving or eliminating walls, re configuring the layout, heated floors, adding the ultimate shower and/or tub, ADA conversions and custom cabinetry.
As always the driving remodeling factor is functionality. We recommend setting a budget that reflects your priorities for your new kitchen and familiarize yourself with basic elements of design. We can certainly help with that.
